Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Conditions
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These include:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank for further processing time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@umarandamayrah.co.uk and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Notes
- Returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed once we receive your returned item.
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
- We are unable to reimburse shipping costs, except where the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5–7 working days after receiving your return for the refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for unopened, sealed perfumes unless the item is faulty or damaged.
